Owner-Operator Leases · Dry Van · Midwest & South
Dry van. Midwest and South. Home every weekend.
A small fleet with drivers who stay.
Your Split
85%You start here.
86% your second year.
87% from year four on.
The percentage grows because you stayed. That's the only reason it grows. No negotiation required. No performance metrics. You show up, you earn it.
What You Get
No reefer. No flatbed. No heavy haul. We run dry van because it's clean, simple freight. Back in, load up, roll out. Every load stays inside your set parameters — if it doesn't fit, you decline it.
Weekly Direct Deposit
Pay drops every Friday. No factoring, no float, no waiting on a check that might not clear.
No Heavy Freight
Dry van only. No flatbed. No reefer alarms at 3 AM. No tarping. No chains. No oversize permits.
All Accessorials Paid
Detention, layover, lumper reimbursement. Every load, every time. It goes on the settlement.
Fuel Discount
T/A and Petro network. Fleet-negotiated discounts passed straight through to you.
One Fleet, One Standard
Nine trucks. Every operator gets the same terms. No tiers, no seniority games, no favorites.
You Call, We Answer
Operations picks up. Not a call center. Not a queue. If something goes sideways, someone is on it.
Home every weekend is not a promise — it's a parameter. When Friday comes, we find you a load home. You're back in your driveway before the weekend starts.

Military service counts in full.
Active duty and honorably discharged veterans — your service time counts toward the experience requirement. A combat deployment counts the same as two years behind the wheel. You put in the time. We recognize it.
Veterans start at 86%.
Why We Stay Small
We bring on maybe one operator a month. That's it. Every driver gets attention. Every load gets handled right. When you're empty, you're next in line — not in a queue of two hundred trucks waiting on a dispatcher who doesn't know your name.
